Our customer came to PSC with two primary issues: First, they were having trouble attracting supermarket shoppers to purchase their products. Second, they did not have a way for consumers to differentiate between the types of products offered.
Packaging Solution
PSC’s structural engineering, pre-press, and sales teams worked together to create display-ready cases printed lithographically, rather than by the traditional flexographic method. This was the first time in the industry that agricultural products of this type would use high-graphic packaging. The results not only solved both of the customer’s challenges, but also awarded PSC with over $12 million worth of annual business.
In addition to solving the problem, PSC was able to design, manufacture, and deliver the products in 70% less time than the customer’s standard.
