Challenge
Our customer planned to market a new premium wine product in national retail stores at a higher-than-normal price point. They wanted to develop and produce all-new packaging without compromising their current production line efficiencies.
Packaging Solution
PSC’s sales, marketing, and structural engineering teams collaborated with the winery’s brand managers and production teams to develop and incorporate on-brand aesthetic and structural elements for a wholly original solution.
After collectively identifying a myriad number of potential obstacles, several test runs were planned and conducted. These tests made clear which potential options were the most viable. Three weeks after we completed the final test run, both this new custom packaging solution and the premium product were on shelves across the country, and the product line continues to grow to this day.
